Apparently it’s the most-watched channel in Spain. Here’s the translation:

They are called the Rising Gods of the East. Dong Bang Shin Ki, known as TVXQ, DBSK, and TOHOSHINKI in Japan. The group known with four (4) names are formed by five (5) Korean lads. No one is more than twenty-one (21) years old.

Since four (4) years ago they were known as the Backstreet Boys of Asia. They sing in Korean and Japanese, but they recently had to translate their official website to English because their popularity is already crossing borders.

They began singing a capella in a TV show in 2003 on Christmas, and they also opened for Britney Spears’ concert. Even without a CD release available, their success had already given them two (2) hit songs in the top charts. Korea, Japan, China and Taiwan, surrender under their feet.

They sing, dance, make TV shows and of course they start trends. Here in Spain, people are starting to talk about them, and in places like Peru their fanclubs are growing up in numbers.

So watch out for Dong Bang Shin Ki, these almond-shaped-eyed popstars are starting to show up even at Karaoke!

[News] Explanation of Yoochun's airport incident

Here's a fanaccount of what really happen by an eye witness there:

What really happened was that the fan keep taking pictures and disturbing them so Yoochun grab her hand to push her camera down. He told her to stop and he will return the camera to her later so she let go and let him have it. Yoochun did not snatch it. The airport man in red snatch it from Yoochun when he is trying to pass it to a DBSK staff behind them (probably to help him delete the pictures). Yoochun have no idea why the airport staff suddenly took it from him so he snatch it back saying he have to give it back to the girl later. At this point we saw Junsu's face also showed that he was surprised why that man took the camera from Yoochun.

In the end after a short but loud explanation (those of us near that area can hear since he have to speak louder over the noise) to the male airport staff, Yoochun walk into the checked in area and pass the camera to another DBSK staff who have already checked in (again.. probably to delete the pictures. Fans will know this is what they do,)

Some of us fans have seen that girl many times. Unlike most of us, she kept taking pictures of them in their face and invades their personal space. It's very rude and most of us fans will not do it. Normally fans will just wait outside music program venue to see them or wait at airport to send them off. Most of the time you can hear us telling them to have a safe journey and things like that. We usually keep our distant so as to not disturb them unless we need to pass them gifts! DBSK members actually are quite nice to their fan. They don't mind our presences or us taking picture as long as we don't block them, don't grab them or take pictures in their face. DBSK will at most just walk away quickly when they are not in the mood.

As far as the group of us fans who see them often, DBSK members have never hurt any fans before or snatch their things even when some fans are being really rude. They mostly just push camera away, walk away quickly or ask their staffs for help. Most of the time people start rumours about them being rude or hurting fans based on videos or pictures. They are not there and do not know what actually happened. Videos and pictures can be deceiving.

Me and my friends clearly saw the girl letting go of her camera after Yoochun talk to her. I'm actually not much a DBSK fan but my 2 flatmates are, so I often get dragged along on their "DBSK Adventure" after our class. But fan or not, I don't think it is fair the boys often get blamed for something they did not do so I just want people to not jump to conclusion just base on videos or pictures.

Sorry for my lengthy message.

YH: Looks like he's going to cry.
JS: At this part I always feel like crying.
YH: I also cried too.
S/CM: It's good.
JJ: Oh, Junsu sings very well.
CM: *copies JJ* Sings well.
YC: No. 1 in Asia
JS: I ate something yummy. (A oyaji gag)
JJ: You already ate something yummy just now.

YC: Encore?
JS: Not yet.
JJ: (talking along with the screen) Toho. Shinki.
YH: Everyone was hyped up. The next is my favourite part - the shine medley.
YC: Ah. Shine.
YH: *imitates drums*
CM: Hikari!(light)
JJ: The tone for that part is really high, so I always used to scream it out.
S: the whole stadium was energetic right away.
JJ: At this point when we got to move around freely I really played a lot. ^^
S: The dance.. even though you're running, the feeling is amazing.
JJ: We were playing here. YH was punching.
S: YH is amazing.. he doesn't get breathless/tired.
CM: Oh the feeling is great.
JS: *suddenly breaks into song*
CM: what are you singing suddenly.
S: The atmosphere is hyped up
S: Doing that won't you be tired?
JJ: just a bit.
S: The conveyer belt is great.
JJ: Yes.
S: All 5 of you can gather so quickly.
YH: When we moved together with the audience it was really good.
YH: dance time.
S: Dance time. That's intense isn't it!

JJ: Yeah...
YH: It came out next, somebody to love.
S: It sounds great.
JS: This song gets the audience hyped up the most.
YH: When I hear this song I really feel like jumping.
JS:Everybody say
S: This is the most hyped up part.
JJ: When Yunho yells 'everybody say'
S: The entire audience is jumping. I was jumping too.
YH: This song is one that makes us lose weight.
CM: When we sing this song, it's so tiring.
YC: really tiring.
CM: Right after we jump we have to start singing at a low tone.
JJ: I totally understand.
S: CM's part is the most tiring, right fter jumping he has to sing.
JJ: JS. Cos we can see walk over near to the audience seats
S: That's good isn't it?
YH: Oh I want to do it again.
JJ: Sam said to just do whatever we wanted freely. Just go just go. Everyone went to differernt places and sang.
S: The ambiance just went up intantly.
JJ: Oh seriously!
JS: Watching this I'm really touched, at that time, we were singing
YC: Doing this (waving hands) really made it feel like our arms grew longer.
CM: Because we kept waving them so hard.
JJ: Oh, my hand's going to fall off!
YC: The right hand.
S: If anything happens, the 5 of us will be by your side, that's the meaning of the song right?
YC: wind. (giggles)
YH: sings along.
THSK: gets excited and shouts along with YC's Saitama!)
JJ: Because everyone was tired he should have said Minna okay? xD
CM: That doesn't sound right
JS: I'm a giraffe.

THSK: it's so tiring.
YC: Your hand really hurts after that.

YH: Because we were having so much fun

JS: Being on stage and watching it like this is really different.
JJ: The stuff that is raining down is.. how do I put it?
S: Silver cloth bands
jJ: Yes, and on the bands are our autographs.
YH/CM: Ah. bands.
S: Yeah I took a few home. They had everyone's autographs and messages.
So the arena was very clean after the show since everyone brought them home.

RISING SUN
JJ: So it's like that.
S: It helped the cleaners a lot. XD
YH: This was the last song. After this is the encore.
S: Oh this is good - the jump.

YH: From the start, this song requires a lot of concentration. You really have to work at it right until the end.

S: This looks like it needs a lot of stamina! You can tell just by watching - the degree of the movements are wide.
YC: *tries to rap along but FAILS* Ah I forgot. It's too fast.
YH raps and YC just laughs.
S: The rhythmn is really fast
YH: *raps wrongly* Iru no? Ahh. Ii no, ii no. Come back. *laughs at himself&
YH: Honestly when I heard the opening music for this song, I was thinking 'ah this is the last song!'
S: Ahh, the feeling that the concert is ending soon.
YH: It's like in this song I want to show all my energy to the audience.
S: Ahh I see, you want to show all your energy to the audience.
YC: Anyway, Junsu, at this part didn't you want to go to the toilet?
JS: Hai?
CM: During the concert.
JS: ah I was really holding it in here.
JJ: No matter when, this song always seems so cool.
S: The atmosphere is really really high.

JJ: THSK changes clothes super fast. It's fast.
CM: After we changed, we were back on stage.

YH: Wow~ The blue sky on the screen behind us is really beautiful.

JJ: Just now we kept saying that song is good, that song is cool. But THSK is full of good songs.

S: THSK really has a lot of very good songs.
JJ: Of course each song has a different genre/style and the atmosphere it creates is different. But they're definitely all great songs.
S: Yeah, even though every song is good, at a concert you can't possibly showcase them all.
JJ: Everyone dances very wel and sings very well. It's amazing.
S: Yeah.
CM: Haven't you ssaid too much.
JJ: I should be most modest. T__T

JS: AHAHHAHA~

[News] Tohoshinki to be in Subaru Launch Party

A popular vocal group Dong Bang Shin Ki from South Korea who sings the main theme of Subaru - the movie will come to the movie's launch party.

The stage is scheduled on Saturday, March 21st at 11 pm at Shinjuku Milano 1, the main actress Kuroki Meyisa will also attend.

Subaru is a movie telling about a girl who dreams and struggles to be a professional dancer, adapted from a ballet manga. Becks Music Entertainment produced the overall soundtrack, and Dong Bang Shin Ki is in charge to sing the main theme while there are also other singers contribute such as Koda Kumi and Tomita.

Survivor releases and local promotions!

Good evening.

'Survivor' is a pre-release single of Tohoshinki 4th album, The Secret Code, which will be released on March 25th.

Everything will be posted on the president's blog... <http://max.syncl.jp/>.

There's also a b-side song entitled "Take Your Hands". This song has music that forces you to come and enjoy it.

Today, Director held morning meeting, conference publicity, and while in, MUSIC LOVERS was also recorded.

Tohoshinki who usually do their activities in Tokyo, this time go to various places for promoting, we call it as local campaign.

Continuing their previous local campaign which had 3 teams and Junsu was lonely to do the promo all by himself, thus for this current promo it's decided to split them into 2 teams only.

Immediately the teams were divided into Nagoya and Fukuoka teams.

For more detail info, will be reported closely through TOHO MOBILE, so please check on it.

Meanwhile, just to add it up, I'm included in Fukuoka team!! *laughs*

The eldest members promo

Tohoshinki Jaejoong (23) and Yunho (23) on March 11th came to our headquarter office, for promoting their new song "Survivor" which also came as a pre-release single to a 25-days go to the release of their 4th album "The Secret Code".

The 5 members were split to two groups to do the campaign.

Nagoya team consists if these two men, doing promo in TVs and radio stations, and local fans here were so pleased to see them.

About this new song, these two said, "To listen to the rhythm now, it's a song that shows a new image of Tohoshinki."

To view their journey in past years, made their debut in Red and White concert and their singles also exploded as they topped ORICON chart for 5 consecutive times. Talking about their busy schedule ever since, both of them responsed, "Receiving many loves make us really glad. Our male fans are also increasing, this definitely makes us happy."

In the new album, there is song that is self-composed by Jaejoong which has a colorful music. "I feel the grown of me while was composing this song. The song has more sense of a man." he said himself.

A total 5 cities tours is planning to be held all around the country. Nagoya gets its chance on June 18th, 20th, and 21th.

About the tour, both of them said "Standing on a stage is such a happy thing. For everyone who just come to our stage for the first time, Welcome to Tohoshinki's world!"

[News] SM Ent 2008 Revenue, The Highest One In SM History

SM Ent booked 2008 revenue by 43,400,000,000 won. Compared to their last net income, it's a 42 times increasing. This is the largest the company ever recorded ever since SM's revenue and net profit record firstly established.

This high increasing is due to the successful debut of their new artists, SNSD and SHINee while their top groups Dong Bang Shin Ki and Super Junior also made a increasing revenue in their local activities.

Meanwhile conversion factor is also one of the biggest contribute factors as there were many overseas activities made by Dong Bang Shin Ki, Super Junior, and other SM artists whose royalty income was paid by foreign currencies. Royalty income was increased by U.S dollars exchange and the recent rise in Yen's exchange rate definitely added up the result as well.

This time is Tohoshiki who are releasing their new single and album this march. Tohoshiki are our regulars in this section(laughs). What is it this time?

Changmin, Junsu and Yunho drawings is roughly the same, all expressing that they want to stay with their good friends or those that they have special relationships with.

The simplest drawing we have is from Changmin. It has a road, trees, flowers and butterflies. The door seems to join with the road, from psychological tests , its seems to say about his friends' trust in him.

Junsu is about the same. With the house door facing out, the only thing that is different is the direction of the road. Which is opposite of Changmin's. Judging from this point, it seems that Junsu does not have friends that he would turn against, but we can know that from the impression that Junsu gives.

In the road that Yunho has drawn, other than himself and others, it also has some interesting descriptions. This says that Yunho knows how to deal well with important matters with regards to his friends.

In Yoochun's drawing, the road is empty. Where does it lead to?? (laughs) The road and where he's drawn him himself aren't together. This means that Yoochun's ideals are often very far fetched?, what we know now from this is that his relationships with his friends isn't exactly perfect.

Jaejoong doesnt have roads, but it's been replaced by surrounding rivers. He has also drawn a boat outside, seeming to say that the river is also a road. Usually we would think that a river moves as compared to a road. Psychologically thinking, because of his friendships, he gets affected easily by emotions of those around him(laughs).

2008, album sales and concert were both huge successes ^^ All the singles they produced reached No.1 on the charts, a debut on the Kohaku Uta Gassen, this was a great year of leaping forward for Tohoshinki. Gracing the magazine cover for the 3rd time, the 5 of them, who have many fans in not only Japan and Korea but also the rest of Asia, suggested "Relaxing Timing" as the theme of this photoshoot. They also suggested "relax", "love", "music" and "aim" as the topics of conversation/interviews.

TVXQ's "Holy Days" Interview- Micky Yoochun

Q: How are you feeling recently?
YC: Very busy~~ But I'm very happy everyday as well.

Q: Do you mean that you can find happiness in some of the things you're busy with?
YC: Yes~ so its better to be a little busier. But, when I think of the choreography for the concert this time, its a little... -smiles- the arena tour this time is really really worth looking forward to.

Q: What would you want to do if you had some time off?
YC: Up til now, although I've said that I want to make some Japanese friends online, I've never actually though of that practically. -smiles- But, I really wanted to make some Japanese friends recently. I could go out with my friends in Japan as well, if I had friends in Japan. I want to have some similarities between my lives in Japan and Korea.

Q: When we met previously, you said things like wanting to ride a bicycle all the way to Shibuya. Now that you're such a famous celebrity, its probably really hard to do something like that right?
YC: I never rode a bike there, but I do still go to Shibuya occasionally.

Q: Its okay? What if people find you there?
YC: Its alright. I'd just do what people normally do, shake their hands and wish them a pleasant time~~ something like that.

Q: Is that so? Do you go to Shibuya for shopping?
YC: No, I go there when I feel like eating "Emyunju". (T/N: anyone can tell me what's that?? :/)

Q: Emyunju? That kind of fish?
YC: Yes, I usually have it in hotels, the kind of hotels that aren't too expensive.

Q: Like a commoner ah~~
YC: It makes me feel happy~ Ramen shops as well~ I really like going there. But from now on, I'll have to take better care of my health as the arena tour's coming up. So I have to control my cravings for tonkotsu ramen at night now -laughs-

Q: Do you like tonkotsu ramen a lot?
YC: Yes~ its really delicious~ tonkotsu ramen~

Q: Since you're busy all the time, it feels a little awkward asking you something like that, but... if you had a long holiday, what would you want to do?
YC: keke~its great thinking about it -laughs- I wanted to stay in Korea whenever I had a break in the past... to meet my friends and family... Now I want to go and eat Japanese cuisine and visit Japanese onsens.

Q: You understand Japan really well, but when you're at work, do you ever think "I have to change this habit"?
YC: The thing I want to change the most is not overstepping the limit when I'm at work... to be more careful when I talk to the staff because I never really took much notice of this before.

Q: The song you composed, "Kiss The Baby Sky", has shown improvements both musically and expressivness.
YC: Yes, the stress that I experience when composing is disappearing gradually, although I'm losing my concentration when composing, I can still come up with a melody. I need to change that as well~~

Q: Did you feel more confident of yourself when you completed KTBS?
YC: I really felt a lot more confident, but a little embarrassed as well. -laughs- I feel really awkward/embarrassed when we were filming the music video for my song. My expressions were really stiff when I had to lip-sync for the video.

Q: KTBS is a conversation between a pair of lovers who had to part because of their dreams. Did you have such an experience as well?
YC: A lot of people have asked me this, but it never happened to me.

Q: Please talk a little about it then.
YC: The lyrics talk about a man who decide to break up with his lover so that she can pursue her dream... but it was always the opposite for me. Girls who I dated always had to break up with me so that I could pursue my dream... it was like that.

Q: I see.
YC: So I didn't want to write a ballad, or a melancholic song, a pop style, something happy and for the future. A song like that.

Q: "Finally you laughed in the future" and "Tomorrow is still your own", positive lyrics like this, can always be connected.
YC: I can really feel for lyrics such as "The two of us are still smiling, in the photos we left behind". I really felt quite lonely when the memories of breaking up came rushing back as I was looking through photographs. I just based my song on those memories, though the songwriting process was quite difficult.

Q: But what images do you think of when the word "love" is brought up?
YC: There are many, but I particularly remember last Christmas. I went drinking with 2 of my friends in Korea on Christmas Eve, so I woke up late the next day. When I saw my mother, brother and his girlfriend making salad, I felt love. Love can exist in the smallest ways possible and increase in the same way.. finally you get married as well. Its the same for family too.

Q: So your living room was full of love at that time~~
YC: Yes~ I was rather envious~-laughs-my brother and his girlfriend were saying something like "How do you make that?" but they were smiling. So I felt really great as ann elder brother.

Q: What gives you a good impression of a girl?
YC: I have excellent impressions of girls who are good at housework~ For example, when she's doing the dishes, or paring fruits, or when she cooks for her boyfriend and has the "I wonder how he thinks of the taste?" expression on her face... ...

Q: Natural behaviour like that has a lot of charm~~ So what do you think is the difference between "like" and "love"?
YC: "Like" is a coincidence, working hard after that coincidence and the feeling that comes after it has matured is "love". "Like" can happen to anyone, but it'd be great if "love" could come after hard work. Like this~

Q: Lastly, what is your personal wish/goal for this year?
YC: I want to feel happiness/bliss! -laughs-Not only myself, it also extends to the people around me, it'd be great if everyone could be happy.

We went to a steamboat shop nearby because it was my mother's birthday. My mother is a full-time TVXQ fan, and I think there are also about 10 of her friends who are fans too. Her being a fan of an artiste in my company has never happened before, why does it feel a little scary.
